This Auto-renewal Subscription Rules is a integral part of DramaFlow Terms of VIP Membership Service. Both have the same legal effect. If there is conflict between this Auto-renewal Subscription Rules and DramaFlow Terms of VIP Membership Service, this Auto-renewal Subscription Rules shall prevail. Except as otherwise stated in this Auto-renewal Subscription Rules, the meanings of the terms referred to in this Auto-renewal Subscription Rule are consistent with those in the DramaFlow Terms of VIP Membership Service.
i. As a VIP member, You have the choice Googlepay or Applepay to pay the VIP membership fee (the “Subscription Fee”)By providing the foregoing payment information, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO AN AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT. FOR GREATER CERTAINTY, THIS MEANS THAT DramaFlow WILL FIRST BILL YOU FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE ON THE DATE THAT YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR THE SERVICES AND THAT DramaFlow WILL SUBSEQUENTLY AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT YOUR PAYMENT ACCOUNT ON THE LAST DAY OF THEN-CURRENT PAYMENT PERIOD, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT. By entering into this auto-renewal subscription agreement, You will be deemed to have authorized DramaFlow to automatically debit the Subscription Fee from your Payment Account on the last day of then-current Payment Period, using the Payment Account You selected before the expiration of then-current Payment Period, unless and until You either select a new Payment Account, You cancel your subscription, or we suspend or terminate either your Membership or the Service in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that if You pay the Subscription Fee using a third party billing service, You will also be subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of such third party.
ii. You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time for any reason. Subscription automatically renews at the end of each period until manually canceled. To avoid automatic charges, Please cancel your subscription in your Google account or Apple ID account in Google Play or App Store 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Please note that deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
iii. You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time for any reason. Subscription automatically renews at the end of each period until manually canceled. To avoid automatic charges, please cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings in iTunes & App Store 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. If you have questions about how to cancel your subscription, check the Apple Support website. Please note that deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
iv. The content related to auto-renewal subscription not mentioned in this Auto-renewal Subscription Rule shall be subject to the instructions in the DramaFlow Terms of VIP Membership Service or the actual instructions of DramaFlow.
